Default So whats the up-side limit...

On a VC 48000btu propane grill making marated lamb chops...what is the
max number before the hot fat and Oil from the marinade combine to
create a three foot tall wall of flame?

It must be something lower than 24.. and higher than 6..

OK so it was 18 inches..

However when cooking 6 or less
marinade chops at room temp for 2-3 hours in

2 oz Olive oil
2 oz Basalmic
1 oz Lime Juice
1 Tsp diced garlic in oil
2 TBSP fresh diced thyme
2 TBSP fresh diced rosemary
dash of fresh ground pepper

cook on high heat for about 4 min / side (depends on thickness)

those are yummy

the ones I rescued last night were mearly OK
