Default smoked pig tails?

they don't turn me on. One of the vendors at our farmer's market has
them for sale. Anyone ever tried any? I prefer my pig tails braised
in a mixture of fruit juices. Then, when nice and tender, grilled
over charcoal and slathered with house made bbq sauce.
