Reserving/renting a pavilion for the weekend only costs $50-$100 at the park (depending on which pavilion you want). I'm not saying the attendees shouldn't chip in for it, but if there are 20 confirmations, that's $400 (plus the "balance"). (Was the trouble-maker just uninvited?) BTW: Easter weekend is April 11th-12th, for those without access to calendars... And I suspect these pavilions would be in high demand that weekend so it's probably best to reserve one ASAP. -sw |

We eat good. We usually donate leftover funds, We been doing there things since 1997. Sometimes twice a year somewhere. It is a great experience. Ya get to it around and drink adult beverages (discreetly of course in most cases) And get a bellyful of good grub and meet new friends. Of course some of you may not even have any friends. -- James A. "Big Jim" Whitten |

Oh, you mean those pesky Texas laws. I'm all too familiar with them. You're not even allowed to carry unopened beer with your groceries through any Texas park (or walk the extra 1.2 miles to bypass the park on the your way to/from the grocery store). > And get a bellyful of good grub and > meet new friends. Of course some of you may not even have any friends. Hmm - not sure what that last bit is supposed to mean. -sw |
