I bake directly on my unglazed quarry tiles. (I have heard is that
glazed tiles should never be used for cooking or baking). As with other baking stones, the tiles should be put in the oven when it is cold and heated along with the oven. I would guess that you could put the tiles on the grill when it is cold and then heated gradually. Bobbi Jo |
