I found this recipe in "Cooks Illustated". It calls for 1 1/2 cups (6
ounces) cake flour 1 1/4 cups (8 3/4 ounces) sugar My ? is "how can 1 1/2 be less in oz than 1 1/4. What am i missing ? Thank you in advance Bill |
