Default query

It has been awhile since I used this book, but I quite like Hensperger's
work. She has written several other books too, but the bread book is good.
Easy to read and good recipes as I recall. I'm not at home as I repond to
this, so I don't have it in front of me. I'll be able to check it out in a
couple of days so I can reply more fully later. wendy
