Default Wine Chemistry

Have you ever opened a bottle of drink soft drink, wine, beer, juice,
or similar and found that it is not quite right. The reason for this is
due to the chemistry and chemical changes which occur in the drink. The
book "Whats Wrong With My Drink. The General Chemistry of Acid
Beverages" describes many of these changes and why they happen.
The primary market for the book is the Food Technology student,
Beverage packers and raw material suppliers. However any one with a
serious interest in drinks would be sure to find something of interest
in the book.
