Default talk about Alchemy, this is IT!

ok, so we can't turn lead into gold, but we sure as shit CAN turn sugar into
booze, and given the prices and taxes on booze these days, that IS an
accomplishment.

I want your thoughts on this. What are they.

What I find neat is the evolutionarily we have developed the ability to
find that freshly fermented wine, full of nasties, tastes bad....but
well aged wine with less gunk tastes good.
