Default Bottling temperature

Hello

At this time of year my wine cellar is very cold. (5C/42F) Is this too cold
to bottle. Should I move the DJ out and let it warm up before bottling.

Or can I just leave a little more ullage so that I don't overfill the
bottles?

thanks

Joe
