Default Sugar Cane Wine

Anyone ever tried to make wine out of sugar caene juice. This stuff
isn't as sweet as it sounds/ You would have to add sugar to it. Any
ideas

There are lots of wine recipes (older ones for sure) that call for
demerra sugar. I use turbinado sugar becasue it is easier to find.

They give the wine a whiskey like flavor.
