Default sugar cane

I bought a stick of raw sugar cane at the market.
What can I do with it for a Mexican Thanksgiving?
What about as a swizzle stick for Margaritas?

thanks

Yes,
or for Christmas punch, peel the sugar cane, slice into sticks and
add it along with your other favourite ingredients to stew away.
Wonderful to chew on later.
