Default Will tartarate go back into solution once re-warmed

I've got a 5 gallon carboy of wine in the refrigerator, to cold stabilize
it. If one were to wait several weeks to let the tartar settle out & then
take the carboy out, warming to room temperature, w/o immediately racking,
would the tartar crystals "go back into solution"?

Robert
