i want to thank the experienced winemakers here who put up with my
newbee questions a few months ago. i successfully bottled my first batch ever of blackberry last week.i sweetened a gallon and we drank a fith last night .it was enjoyed by all and a good time was had by all. best regards and thank you for being here and putting up with us new wine makers. lucas |

In my opinion dewberry or blackberry makes the best red wine of any
non-grape. Glad you enjoyed it.
