I don't know if tannin makes that much difference with strawberry wine,
because strawberry wine doesn't last long at its best - 6-12 months. I have
heard that you can use tea, but I'm not sure what or how much. You might try
checking out Jack's site http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/index.asp and see
if he talks about how much to use.

To each his own but I would not recommend tannin for strawberry wine. It
has a nice taste on it's own. Tannin can clash with many fruit wines. But
then that is my opinion.
