Default Slightly OT - Condessa High Alcohol Kit / Re-fine

Hello,

Bought an Amaretto version of the above which has finally stopped
fermenting. It comes with a lot of packets of various chemicals to add, one
named "Re-fine". Now I think I know which packet it is as it is the only
packet not labelled. This is a black powder. Anybody know if I have
selected the right packet and what it actually contains?

thanks

R-D-C
