Default steam extractor

A huge crop of wild persimmons is coming my way. I'm thinking about not
even dealing with the seeds and getting a steam juice extractor. Has anyone
had any experience with them? Do they do a good job of extracting juice for
wine?

Many, many years ago I made persimmon wine. It's good snow shoveling wine:
after a day of shoveling snow on the sidewalk and driveway, they stuff
warmed me up big time.
