my wine seemed to have fermented out. hydrometer was 990, no bubbles through
the airlock. I racked it off a week ago, added 1 camden tablet (1 gallon demijohn) and moved it to a colder place. When I checked it today the rubber bungs have blown off, so I deduce the wine is still fermenting I thought the camden tablet and the lower temp would have completely stabilised it. Should I leave it or refit the airlocks and move back into the warm? Many thanks regards...Alex K |
