Default First batch of the year...

.... I just kicked off with 2 gallons of elderflower, initial SG 1106,
and the fermentation is chugging away quite famously. I can't remember a
better spring in S. England for a long time; the domestic plums, damsons
and sloe bushes around are all bursting with young fruit forming - looks
like being a good year!

What's anyone else started with this season?

cheers,
robin
