Default Ullage Inconsistency

Tom,

After our discussion a few months ago I decided to measure the wine loss
from my two barrels.

The numbers are simply "measurements" of the amount used to top up each
barrel and the time frame between top ups. There is some inaccuracy in
the precise volume of each top up as I would estimate the amount from a
bottle/half bottle but I think the volume was not difficult to
guesstimate. The average daily loss per top up and per barrel is then
calculated.

Does this clarify things for you?
