Default i need ideas!

Last winter I was in the same situation - no fresh fruit,
all my equipment sitting around idle. So I made a tea
wine. Sounds strange but it's incredibly easy to make.
Mine is still a bit too young to drink, but the samples
that I did taste were pretty interesting.
