Regina reds are hot pressed. I have no idea how Home Wines (Alexanders) gets color and tannin extracted from red grapes without heat. Maybe there is a new process that I am unaware of. A lot of vendors don't seem to want to say the red juice was hot pressed, but it's not a big deal to me.
