Some clues to make chinese rice wine:
Distilled (Colorless Liquid a.k.a. White Wine in Chinese) Cantonese Rice Wine (the REAL thing) Yuk Bing Shiu:a rice wine with over 170 year history. Made of steamed rice & soya bean. Stored 6 months after distillation.
