Can you put lemon juice or something to start the drying process
again? I bought some wine which sugar was added to, what is the world coming to? |

Adding lemon juice isn't going to make it any drier. If you want to make it dry, you'd have to start it fermenting again, which is a lot of work for one bottle. My advice is to serve it to someone who prefers their wine off-dry. |
