Crush Berries and cover with 2.25 Litres of boiling water, stand till safe to handle. Then to the hot mixture stir in sugar. Allow to cool to 65-70F and add grape juice, juice of lemons and yeast. Ferment for 12 days before straining and transferring to a 1 Gallon demijohn. Fill to the neck with water and fit an airlock. Main fermentation takes about 10 weeks. Rack, and leave until bubbles cease. R. |
