Is it Ok the make wine from hawthornberries? I've picked a couple of pounds
but I can't find any recipes in any of my books apart form an elderberry and
hawthorn one in a CJJ Berry book. My copy of Tayleur (dating back to the
70s) says hawthorn berry is now thought to be inadvisable, doesn't say why,
presumably something in the seeds maybe.
