Looked good to me if using kits or a recipe. If you're doing fresh
fruits, some means of acid testing is needed too. If you buy from a local shop they will usually test for a minimal amount until you are sure you really want to do this. Acid test kits are cheap and reasonably effective; a pH meter is a good investment for someone who is in this to stay. Joe Jake Speed wrote: > A "wine kit" is the consumables to make a batch of wine.
