Don't Make Out This Tasting Note
"lemon citrus and fresh strawberry flavours balanced with a soft, refreshing
finish". I know "balance" means harmony between two suppposedly opposing elements, with neither of the two overpowering the other. Is it possible that fruity flavours overpower refreshment? Or sugar overpowers sweetness. "Acidity overpowers sweetness or vice versa" or "dryness overpowers ripe fruit flavours" would make more sense. Please advise. |

[...] I'd see "lemon citrus" (= acidity) and "soft finish" as the opposing elements. M. |
