month for a week's work. Most often, I plan to stay in Maastricht -- are
there any wineries in the area that I could visit in my limited free time?

The one I realy like is Fromberg http://www.fromberg.nl/
their site is in English aswell.
Two years ago I tasted their Ophrys a sparkling wine and he was good!
