Default 2 newly found wineries...but not new wineries.

On this Napa Trip there were two new finds. Outstanding growers /producers.
Both very small.

William Cole Winery and D.R. Stephens.

These guys are not likely to be distributed much but if you ever see their
wines I would suggest you try.

William Cole makes under 400 case of a single Cabernet that is
mountain-sloped at a historic house in St. Helena. The 2002 Cab Cuvee
reminded me of 1995 Chateau Margaux. Much more than fruit going on :-)
