Wine suggestions for Teriyaki Beef ?
Hi All,
My daughter invited us over for a dinner of Teriyaki beef. I assume this is beef with a Teriyaki marinade. I told her I would bring the wine. I have Cabernet, Zinfandel, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Sangiovese available. Any thoughts on which of these would best compliment the Teriyaki flavor? Thanks, Dick R. |
