Hi Christopher, I am not Dale, but I have had this Bosconia GR 1981 twice and I have found quite an irregularity between them. One was great, the other was too acidic. Other friends that have drunk them also reported variability. In the good bottle, I did not decant, and it grew and grew in the glass for more than half an hour. I would not decant, but enjoy swirling in the glass. All the best, s. |
