I tried the recipe - rather, I did my best but had no ginger so did without,
also walnuts somewhat stale from sitting in cupboard since Xmas - served
with pike perch (walleye to you Merkins), wild rice, and sallad with
wakame - very good. 2004 Chablis Laroche (screwcapped) in the glass, a nice
commune wine, fresh fruit and stainless steel ... no doubt an A on your
scale, if not too expensive I'll try to find some more bottles if they are
not out which is often the case.
