Looking at the recent post by Dave Costaniello, it strikes me that a
better title for your thread would be his (Good Wines for Under $20) or
something like that. QPR is probably too obscure a winegeekism for many
visitors to afw to instantly recognize.

PK, it stands for "Quality / Price Rapport" (or maybe Ratio). High quality
and a low price is great (high) QPR, high quality - high price is obviously
not so great.
