Question: Jacques Prieur?
Hello,
Off to France on SUnday, and spending two days in the Beaune area. Anybody has an opinion of jacques prieur? Entries in hachette + their web site fairly oozes excellence - at a high price ... What say you all? Cheers Nils |

I've had very limited experiences, but an '85 Musigny last week didn't especially impress. And '85 Musigny should be out of the ballpark. |

The newer wines tend to follow the trend in Burgundy of riper richer wines with a luxury feel and deep flavor profile. More blackcherry and cassis than bing cherry and earth. |
