Default Bobby Flay restaurant in Atlantic City Borgata

Went there Monday night expecting big things. One of the most
pretentious high-priced wine lists I have seen with very few half-bottle
or wines by the glass. The best on the by the glass I found was the 2004
El Nido Jumilla Clio while an excellent wine a terrible value at $25 per
glass or about a 300% ($45 retail per bottle) markup. The food, a veal
chop was OK but nowhere near the value and every side was ala carte. I
guess this is what you get for eating at a casino/hotel restaurant in
AC. Several other even more expensive options were available. There was
an interesting looking Italian Restaurant named Specchio that I wanted
to try instead but they were closed on Monday.
