Default Unusual uses for used tea leaves

Yes, especially with pu'er. I have seen a few vendors dry used leaves
out and mix them in with new leaves to increase the bulk of a big
order. If you can think of a trick, you can be sure they have already
tried it.

That's why I'm sceptical about buying online.
