Default Getting the most out of green tea

So everyone these days seems to be talking about how healthy green tea
can be for you (http://www.livestrong.com/article/4701-need-health-
benefits-green-tea/). Honestly people make it out to be some kind of
miracle drug. My question is this - is green tea full of all these
good antioxidants and stuff no matter how it is prepared? Is powdered
matcha as "healthy" as full leaf green tea? Opinions welcome. Thanks.
