Default San Francisco Sourdough Starter

To all those who are waiting patiently for me to send their doughballs
of gen-yoo-wine SF starter, thanks. I suddenly got busy and wasn't able
to bake. But there is a jar of limoncello infusing, several pints of
apricot catsup, many half-pints of lemon catsup, triple apricot nut
butter, apricot-ginger-almond jam and frozen puree for sorbet. Can you
tell I had a crate of apricots to deal with?

The doughballs will be sent out this week, thanks again for waiting.
