Default next batch of sourdough

More bread this afternoon used several Cast Iron Pans as a "molds" to keep
the bread from spreading too much. Seemed to work quite well - nice crumb

Crispy crust and a good texture

In the over about 15 min

I try for bigger bubbles and a crustier texture. Purely
personal choice, maybe turns out that way because I live in a hot
climate.
