Default Sourdough Pizza?

Hey everyone,

I'm making some sourdough pizza dough. Does anyone have some percentages
they really, really like? I've been working with some different stuff that
usually produces a nice crust (10% WW). Otherwise it's pretty standard.

Anyone doing anything wacky that might be fun to try?

I like to include some Thyme and minced garlic in my pizza crust.
