Chocolate Chip Cheesecake



1 c. graham cracker crumbs

3T. sugar

3T. butter, melted



3-8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened

3/4 c. sugar

3 eggs

1 c. mini chocolate chips

1t. vanilla



Combine crust ingredients, and press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.

Set aside. Combine cheese and sugar, mix until well blended. Add

eggs, one at a time, mix after each. Blend in chips and vanilla; pour

over crust. Bake at 450* for 10 min., reduce heat to 250*, bake for

35 min. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim. Chill

before serving. Approx. 12 servings.
