Fired Up Wings & Dip
Serves:4 Ingredients 40 chicken wings 1 cup barbecue sauce 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce 2 tbsp. honey 3/4 cup sour cream 3/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (3-ounces) Instructions 1. Cut tips from wings and discard. Cut through joint. Place wings in a plastic bag set in a bowl; add barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and honey. Seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. 2. In a small bowl mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and blue cheese; cover and refrigerate. 3. Preheat grill. Grill wings over medium-low heat for 15 minutes; turn and baste with marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Cook 10 to 15 minutes more or until done. Serve with blue cheese dip.
