Default Veal with fresh veggies

Veal with fresh veggies
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Veal, cut into strips (or Chicken)
Flour for dredging
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1/4 cup Olive or Peanut Oil
1 cup chopped Broccoli
1 cup chopped Cauliflower
1/2 cup sliced Carrots
1/2 cup chopped Onions
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
Directions
1. Heat water in a large pan and cook Fettuccine according to
package directions.
2. While water is heating: Combine flour, pepper and garlic salt
in a large baggie; drop veal strips into the flour mixture and
shake until well coated.
3. Heat oil in a Wok or non-stick skillet. Stir-fry the veal
until brown (7-10 minutes); remove from Wok. Add veggies to Wok
and stir-fry just until crispy-tender (7 - 10 minutes). Combine
the veal with the veggies, to heat through.
4. Mound a single serving of Fettuccine in the center of four
oven-proof plates (one plate for each person). Divide the veal
and veggie mixture evenly over the four Fettuccine plates.
Sprinkle shredded Jack Cheese over all (cup each).
5. Place the plates in the oven broiler, just until cheese is
melted and very lightly browned.
Makes 4 servings
