Default Apple Fritters

Apple Fritters

1 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 large apple, chopped fine
1 egg, beaten
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Milk

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the milk. Add milk until it is
a thick batter. Drop by teaspoonfuls (or tablespoons depending on size
you like) into hot grease (400 F). Fry until brown, turning. Serve hot
with maple syrup.

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Temp: 400
Servings: 2
