Default Garlic Eggs Over Easy

Garlic Eggs Over Easy

2 eggs
1-3 tablespoons canola oil
1-3 teaspoons Garlic powder
Pinch or two of salt

Cook the eggs over easy in the canola oil. Use low to medium heat to
avoid browning or burning the eggs. Place the eggs in a plate, and
sprinkle liberally with garlic powder, according to taste. Add a
slight amount of salt to bring out the flavor, but don't overdo it.
Best to eat this at least 24 hours prior to public engagements or going
to work.
