Cream Cheese/Salsa Dip
"Payday" snack

I make both of these snacks often. Depending on the quantity needed, you
can
easily adjust both recipes since there are only two ingredients in each
one.

Cream Cheese/Salsa Dip

softened cream cheese
salsa (or picante sauce)

Mix together softened cream cheese and salsa (or picante sauce).
Blend well until smooth.
Add enough salsa until the mixture is the consistency of a "dip."
Serve with tortilla chips.
You can use either mild, medium or hot salsa, depending on what you/your
guests may like.


"Payday" snack

salted peanuts
candy corn

An idea for a "sweet snack" is to mix salted peanuts with candy corn.
It tastes exactly like a Payday candy bar
