Default Cocoanut Cake

Cocoanut Cake

1 white cake mix, any brand
1 whole cocoanut (shake to be sure it has milk inside!)
1 Classic White frosting mix

Take a hammer and clean screw driver to make holes in eyes of cocoanut.
Drain the milk, strain it, and set it aside. Crack the cocoanut, remove
the meat, and shred. Place the meat in a plastic bag and set it aside.
Mix up the cake mix, using the cocoanut milk as the liquid and adding
water if needed to make the full amount of liquid. Bake as directed.
Cool. Make the frosting (which is a 7-minute frosting). Frost the cooled
cake. Spread the shredded cocoanut over the frosting, and press lightly
into the sides of the cake.
