Pumpkin Dip
submitted by addy from Cherry Hill, NJ, USA 2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese 12 oz pumpkin or pumpkin pie filling 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp ginger (or pumpkin pie spice) 1 tsp cinnamon Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer. Add pumpkin and spices; blend until smooth. Chill for 2 hours.
