Uncle Jimmys Ham Devils

6 large hard-cooked eggs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. finely chopped cooked ham
23 tsp. chopped fresh dillweed
2 tsp. caraway seeds
Garnish: fresh dillweed sprigs

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks;
stir in mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard and lemon juice, stirring
until smooth. Stir in ham, dillweed, and caraway seeds; spoon into egg
whites. Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 dozen.
