California Style Fish In Dipped Tortillas
- not authentic Mexican 2 Pounds Ahi Tuna Fillets 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 2 Large Jalapeno -- chopped 1 Small Napa Cabbage -- chopped 12 Warmed Flour Tortilla -- or 18 corn Pasilla Sauce Cut fish into bite-sized pieces. In large bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce and peppers. Add fish and coat thoroughly. Marinate 20 minutes. Coat bottom of frying pan with olive oil. Add fish in 1 uncrowded layer (do in batches if needed). Fry 3 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm. Add more oil to pan, stir fry cabbage 2 minutes. Just before serving, dip tortillas in pasilla sauce, heat in frying pan or oven. Assemble fold and serve. Serves 4 contact -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D Hill at .
